Such a great company to work with. Our sales rep Keith, was very kind and friendly and really knows what he is selling. Calls to the office are always answered promptly and by really nice people, India is such a joy to talk with. After signing up, the entire system was installed and turned on within 3 months (Keith said it would be about 3 months, so I was expecting it). It took the city of GP so long to approve, but everything else was great. The after install walkthrough is very helpful and getting set up with the monitoring app is really coooool. I highly recommend talking with Sunshine Solar if you are considering installing a system. The service and price is excellent and I look forward to many years working with them if needed.

We started with an orientation, then we purchased and all went well with the purchase. Sunshine Solar evaluated our annual usage and recommended an appropriate number of panels to correspond with usage. We have been impressed ever since we sat down with their rep to discuss the whole process of getting solar panels. The rep was thorough, respectful and knowledgeable about not only his system but others as well. The loan approval process was instantaneous and easy to procure. The rep was the only one (out of the 3 different solar companies we bid with) that brought up Oregon's unique solar rebate, which we qualified for. The only delay we had was going through our City's approval process (old historic town). Once we were blessed by all concerned, the crew came and installed the panels in one day. Everything was cleaned up and done, the crew were respectful and had good taste in music! The power company took about a week to come out to get the meter installed but once they did, we were up and running. Sunshine Solar came down to down the final inspection and programing within a couple of days and also got us set up on our computer to monitor everything. The only negative is one of the installers missed the support on the wall while attaching the new utility box. My husband noticed it pulling away from the wall. We called the company and they sent someone to fix it the very next day. The fact that the company is local to our area was a BIG selling point. We know of others that had gone with other solar companies that are on a 2-3 month waiting list for repairs! This has been a very good choice for us and can't recommend them enough. Sunshine Solar is tops as far as we are concerned.

Absolute professionals. From scheduling, to permitting and paperwork, to the actual hands-on installation, to helping us out with the system after install, they took care of everything with no problems whatsoever. I've done a fair amount of research into grid-tied solar and and battery backup systems, and really enjoyed getting to talk tech with the folks here - and was truly impressed with how much everyone knew about the various options and scalability of their systems. We're extremely pleased with the system they suggested and installed, and happy to recommend them to anyone considering solar.

Sunshine solar went above and beyond to help us. The Oregon Rebate was very complicated, but they showed us where to go to fill out the application. They made sure that we understood the Federal tax rebate. They gave us a time table and completed it on time. Our router couldn't communicate with the system so they went out of their way to make it work. When the power company came out to flip the "ON" switch, and sign off on the paperwork they were impressed with our system. Thanks guys, You ROCK!!

Keith and Scott designed a system that replaced an older system. They designed a system that would produce maximum kWh considering our trees and to also reduce the cost of another meter we have on our property.
